Aiva Studio is a workflow-first workspace for AI influencer and persona creators. Generate and edit with fal.ai, run character swaps, and keep every output in a durable Assets library—with credit-based costs you can see before you run.

Problem

Generic generators optimize for one-off images. When you post the same persona daily, faces drift, seeds get lost, and temporary provider URLs disappear from your history.

Solo creators and small teams shipping dozens of images weekly—influencers, VTuber-style personas, and anyone treating an AI character like a brand asset.

Approach

One pipeline: generate or swap, mirror outputs to durable storage, debit credits only on success, and organize everything in Assets. Characters, LoRA training, and seed libraries are the next layer on that foundation.

How we store your work

Generated and uploaded images are saved to Railway object storage (S3-compatible buckets)—not Cloudflare R2. The database holds storage keys; the app serves images via presigned URLs or authenticated download routes. fal.ai is used for inference only; we do not rely on expiring fal URLs as the canonical copy.

Postgres runs on Neon (separate dev and production branches). The app deploys on Vercel.
